Challenge Wrap-Up on Developing a Routine
Deeper Growth Journaling Challenge
One thing I’ve learned, during this challenge, is the importance of having a routine. I’m currently completing the last week of a 30-day challenge for “The Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod. I wrote about it in the revised post from week two. Having a routine has completely changed my mornings. I can truly say that I’m more relaxed, less anxious, and definitely more social.
Also, my writing is more frequent and less anxious in its approach. This includes both journaling and Substack. As for the obstacles? Just know there were plenty. From being without working air conditioning during a heat wave to being nearly attacked by a homeless man, it has been a wild month. Thankfully, my air conditioning is working fine now, and I’ve replaced my daily walk with indoor exercising.
I’m proud of myself for being committed to my new morning routine. I can see why people become discouraged and do not complete their newfound routines. Be encouraged to develop one if you haven’t, and if you have, kudos to you!
